Meet Thania Diaz Clevenger

Thania Diaz Clevenger is a results-driven business development leader, attorney, and strategist with more than a decade of experience driving organizational growth, stakeholder engagement, and civil rights advocacy. She brings a rare combination of legal expertise, nonprofit leadership, and strategic planning to every project she takes on.

Throughout her career, Thania has spearheaded initiatives that improved efficiency, secured major funding, and expanded vital programs. She has built lasting partnerships with law enforcement agencies, school districts, and health systems—always with a focus on equality, inclusion, and impact.

Her work in stakeholder engagement has been instrumental in fostering stronger communities and addressing critical civil rights issues. As an attorney, Thania advises on nonprofit compliance, corporate law, franchises, and trademarks—helping organizations minimize risk and stay aligned with their missions.

She holds a Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice, magna cum laude, from Saint Leo University.
